These terms govern access to the Lake Insurance Academy platform ("the platform"), an online exam-preparation service for III (Insurance Institute of India) Licentiate, Associate, and Fellowship examinations.

1. Accounts

• Accounts are created only by the platform administrator, after access is purchased and confirmed over WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Sharing your login with another person is not permitted. The platform limits each account to one active session — signing in on a new device signs out any other active session.

2. What you get

Access is sold per qualification level (Licentiate, Associate, or Fellowship) and unlocks the papers that apply to your track. Content includes video lectures, practice questions, and mock tests for the papers you are entitled to. Access is for your personal exam preparation only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.

3. Payments and access

The platform does not process payments online. Pricing is agreed directly with the administrator over WhatsApp, and your account is activated once payment is confirmed.

4. No guarantee of exam outcome

The platform is a study aid. It does not guarantee that you will pass any III examination, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Insurance Institute of India.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
