Access to Lake Insurance Academy is digital content (video lectures, practice questions, and mock tests) that is unlocked on your account as soon as it is activated by the administrator.
Because access is granted immediately and the material becomes available to you in full at that point, we do not offer refunds once your account has been activated.
Please confirm the tier (Licentiate / Associate / Fellowship) and track you need before payment is arranged over WhatsApp — this avoids paying for the wrong access.
