This policy explains what information Lake Insurance Academy collects and how it is used.

1. What we collect

• Your name and email address, provided when your account is created.
• Your practice question attempts, mock test attempts and scores, and video-lecture progress.
• Basic account activity (sign-ins) needed to run the platform, including limiting your account to one active session at a time.
• If you fill in a form on our site (the free chapter or a call-back request): your name, mobile number, email address, what you're currently doing, and anything you choose to tell us. We use these only to call or WhatsApp you about our courses, and never share or sell them.
• Anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed and which site or campaign a visit came from, linked to a random ID stored in a cookie on your browser. This contains no name, number or IP address. If you later fill in a form, we can see which of our pages you looked at before.

2. How we use it

This information is used only to run the platform: to show you your own progress and scores, to manage which papers you have access to, and to provide support if you contact us. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Where it's stored

Data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Video lectures are streamed via Bunny.net. Neither is given access to your data beyond what's needed to provide the service.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 96069 18144. Deleting your account removes your access to the platform.
